I’m Claire and before we get chatting all things wedding here is a little about me.
I am mother to an energetic toddler called Alben, who currently has an addiction to Pixar, loves jigsaws and a desire to stomp his independence on most things… as well as my ‘first born’ an adorable Beagle called Sulley (can you see a Pixar theme here?); I created him his own instagram profile and he still takes up 90% of my personal instagram feed.
My husband and I are addicted to Pixar films (everything is coming together for you now), we planned a Pixar inspired wedding and named our dog after Sullivan from Monsters Inc, luckily our son has followed in our footsteps so at weekends when I’m not photographing a wedding, you will find us at some point chilling to a Pixar film.
I have am addicted to Cadbury chocolate, nothing swanky, no need for any of the new flavours…just back to basics, plain Dairy Milk! Im awaiting the diet where all I eat is Dairy Milk.
I’m currently trying to make the move from cider to Ale, but you’ll still find me choosing a nice cold Rekorderlig at the bar.
I buy notebooks and planners on a monthly basis because I love how pretty they are but still feel like my life needs organising; so I buy more. It’s a vicious never ending cycle but I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I LOVE wild flowers with my favourites being Ranunculus, Astilbes and Eucalyptus and one of the first photos at weddings I take will always be the bouquet!
I adore evenings in with tasty food and Netflix binging (although with a toddler those sessions are few and far between); I find Thomas Shelby’s accent in Peaky Blinders strangely attractive.
You’ll find me organising a BBQ in the garden with friends over a night out anywhere, I have an understanding of American Football and Baseball and will happily have those on most evenings. (I’m a 49ers fan FYI)
I love hot chocolate and marshmallows, cheesy christmas movies, the entire soundtrack to guardians of the galaxy and a cheese and ham toastie made by my husband, no one makes them better than him!
